New: dried Herbs and Spices
Now we're manufacturing a small range of the basic Herbs and Spices of the Portuguese traditional cooking:
paprika, garlic, cinnamon, hot chilli grounded peppers, white pepper, oregano.
Catering PET Jars 950g (33,5 oz)
For restaurants we do have a wide range of cooking sauces and marinades in a very useful PET jar of 950g (glass is not suitable for kitchens).
These bottles are light, easy to handle with rectangular shape, easy to close and to store on a shelf.

Our range of PET Jars is the following:
- Garlic Puree
replace fresh garlic avoiding the difficult task to peel.
- Red Pepper Crush
- Paprika Puree to cook pork.
- Chicken marinade
- Fish marinade to cook big fishes in oven
- Garlic wine marinade to cook poultry and white meats
- Lemon pulp to replace fresh lemon to marinade fish and poultry
- Piri-piri to cook the famous Portuguese Chicken-Piri-Piri
Catering Buckets 5kg (176,3 oz)
For catering we can also supply our products in plastic buckets of 5 kg. Our range is the following:
- Garlic Puree to replace fresh garlic avoiding the difficult task to peel

- Chicken marinade
- Fish marinade to cook big fishes in oven
- Garlic wine marinade to cook poultry and white meats

Plastic Bottles 1ltr. (33,8 oz)
Especially for Chicken Grill House, we have both piri-piri and lemon sauces in rectangular shaped plastic bottles of 1 liter.
Very easy to handle, they do not break and can be stored on whatever shelf.
Pour les rôtisseries de poulet, nous avons un emballage spécifique de 1 litre en plastique, qui permet une bonne préhension de par sa forme rectangulaire et qui ne casse pas. On trouvera sous cette forme à la fois le piri-piri et la sauce de citron, qui sont les deux sauces de base du poulet grillé.
Para as churrasqueiras de frango, temos molho de piri-piri e molho de limão, ambas em embalagens específicas de plástico, de 1 litro.
Cooking for restaurants is something quite different than doing a family cooking, because of the pressure on cost and time, but also because of the changing and controlled regulations. So when we create a catering product, we keep in mind the problems a cook is dealing with.
Para os restaurantes temos uma gama completa de temperos em garrafas de PET (uma vez que o vidro já não pode ser usado nas cozinhas) de 950g. São garrafas muito práticas, leves, fáceis de manusear devido à sua forma rectangular, fáceis de fechar e de guardar na prateleira. Não partem. Para os restaurantes podemos também fornecer os nossos produtos em baldes de plástico de 5 kg.
