Production Process
All our suppliers are obliged to produce analytical data of their products and the ingredients come to our plant together with a lab analysis. We give a special attention to Spices and Aflatoxins.
We are working on a batch process, and we keep 2 samples of each batch during 3 years. We do have a very detailed plan of control to ensure the bacteriological quality of our products.
Production Control System
We are very cautious about hygiene and the installations and workers as well are closely monitorized and we systematically control PH, Humidity and Salinity.
With a food engineer on site, every batch of production is controlled in terms of flavour to be sure we are delivering constantly the same product.
Quality Process
We are doing a deep audit of our quality process twice a year and many of our famous European customers are auditing our company every year.
If our products are traditional, our working procedures are not so.
Philosophy
Natural and Simple Although our technology is very simple, we are working under extreme quality rules and methods. Since January 2007 we are IFS (International Food Safety) certified and we deliver very big retail chains well-known in Europe and in the US for their quality requirements.
