Description:

This is a special version of a lemon chili sauce, with some onion and sugar giving a spicy taste very “full”.

It is a table sauce to be used as a cold sauce on top of chicken for example. As it is a thick sauce, it can be used on the edge of the plate to dip meat.

Fruit vinegar, Hot chili peppers, both Cayenne and Habanero, onion, pure lemon preserved in salt and vinegar, sugar, parsley and oregano. Contains sulphites.
